Programme monitoring- Heritage Lottery Fund for Scottish Outdoor Access Trust

Involves monitoring the activity plan outcomes of the £6.1M Mountains and the People project www.themountainsandthepeople.org.uk on behalf of the Scottish Outdoor Access Trust. The monitoring work involves formative and summative research predominantly through interviews, questionnaires, programme partnership insights and ongoing communications monitoring. Key programme outputs are SVQ training, volunteers, activity festivals, health walks, mass participation events, information interpretation, ranger led events, links to formal education.

The benefits of the SVQ training for young people are huge as are the open volunteering days.
